Title: Finance Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + generous discretionary bonus & benefits

Location:Wembley, London

Our client, a £1bn+ turnover conglomerate headquartered in London with operations across Europe and North America, are currently seeking an ACCA/CIMA qualified Finance Manager to join their finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team deliver accurate P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow each month in line with agreed group reporting deadlines
  • Management and communication of financial risks & opportunities register
  • Review monthly results and provide insightful narrative
  • Lead strategic Finance projects, which could include but is not limited to;
  • Full assessment of the current finance ledger system (Coda) capabilities. Scoping, planning and delivery of migration/integration to parent company system
  • Review of key finance processes and re-engineering to deliver efficiencies and release capacity within the team
  • Group VAT returns and relevant accounting

Requirements:

  • ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) qualified, with 3 years prior experience in a reporting role
  • Robust knowledge of accounting standards, financial compliance and focus on financial control and stewardship
  • Industry experience is desirable
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and effective time management
