Our client, based in Guildford are seeking an experienced Finance Manager on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the effective operation of the General Accounting and Accounts Receivable processes.

You will develop and maintain strong financial controls to comply with the company policies and external requirements.

Duties Include
  • Preparation of monthly accounts up to trial balance
  • Controlling cash flow with daily monitoring
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Analysing financial data
  • Monitoring internal controls
  • Overseeing and preparing income statements
  • Participating in budgeting processes
  • Managing financial transactions
  • Streamlining accounting functions and operation
  • Developing plans for financial growth, alongside the Head of Finance
  • Evaluating and managing risk
  • Coordinating audit processes
  • Supporting of the Head of Finance with payroll related queries, running of payroll & reporting
  • Quarterly VAT submissions
  • Liaising with the both the Managing and Finance Director
