Watford Scaffoldingare pleased to be recruiting a fantastic opportunity to join the team of our rapidly growing business based in Aylesbury as a Finance Manager at our head office this is a new role due to the growth. The Finance Manager will receive a attractive salary and package, open to negotiation.

There are lots of upcoming projects that they are very excited about along with long term secured contracts and projects. The Finance Manager role would best suit a progressive individual who is looking for a challenging role within a dynamic environment, experience in scaffolding is preferred but not necessary but some knowledge in construction would have a stronger advantage.

The main responsibilities of the Finance Manager include.

  • Support directors in the accurate production of budgets and cash forecasts
  • Create financial forecasts and analyse risk
  • Financial modelling and maintenance of models for renewable energy assets
  • Full management accounts production
  • Analysing financial report, flagging any risks or inconsistencies
  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance of accounts
  • Set up a payroll system and ensure it is accurate and records are maintained
  • Liaise with clients as necessary regarding payments and invoices
  • Reconcile accounts including receivable and payable
  • Provide tax planning strategies in accordance with existing legislation

Key experience and attributes of the Finance Manager include.

  • Fully qualified accountant
  • Financial modelling and data manipulation
