Finance Director

£85,000 - £150,000 + Benefits

Marlborough

Full time - Permanent

I am exclusively recruiting for a Finance Director for my client an established acquisitive company based in Marlborough with an investment office in Mayfair London. This diverse role involves working alongside a small finance team accountable for 8 different companies and two partnerships and undertaking various projects to accelerate the company’s growth / profitability.

About the position:

  • Preparation of management accounts for multiple companies including group consolidation and providing key summary to the senior leadership team
  • Preparation of annual reports and statutory accounts with draft tax computations
  • Recruit, train, lead and manage a small finance team
  • Business partner with the Directors to formulate strategies to aid growth and profitability
  • Preparation of annual budgeting and rolling forecasts for UK businesses
  • Governance of balance sheet and treasury control
  • Point of contact for Auditors & Bank
  • Overseeing and payment of payrolls
  • Raise all intergroup invoices and ensure inter group balances reconcile
  • Analysis of investment performance

About you:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified
  • Strong leadership and business partnering experience
  • The role will be office-based Monday - Friday 8:30am -5pm
  • An interest in Farming & Bloodstock is desirable
