We are working with a data-driven non-profit that targets the market forces destroying nature. They do this by improving transparency and accountability. They provide innovative open-access data, clear metrics, and actionable insights to leading companies, financial institutions, governments and campaigning organisations worldwide.

Finance Business Partners play a crucial role in supporting the programme teams to steward the organisation’s financial resources to achieve maximum impact, ultimately supporting a global shift to a deforestation free economy. You will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, able to work well with non-financial staff and empower them to manage their budgets to deliver outstanding projects within the resource constraints that exist.

With funding from many different sources combining to fund a range of interrelated projects, there is complexity to the finances. Your job is to keep across the detail, at the same time as keeping track of the bigger picture.

We are a flexible organisation, with many part time staff, and a hybrid, home-office working arrangement. We will consider part-time as well as full-time applications for this role. There are two positions available.

This non-profit organisation works on issues of tropical deforestation. They are particularly interested in strengthening their team to include those with a background from forest regions such as Latin America and South East Asia. They would welcome applications from people from these regions.
