Your New Company

We are supporting a large and very well known retail brand with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner. The Head Office is based in the West Midlands, north of Coventry but the company offer a flexible hybrid working pattern.

Your new role

As part of a high performing finance team you will deliver quality commercial insight and analysis to support and influence the business decision making process. You will drive profitable growth to support the delivery of the long term strategic goals of the organisation and as a trusted business partner you will work closely with senior stakeholders to influence decisions around sales, margin and stock. In this role you will also provide commercial insight around competitors, industry standards, and consumer/market trends.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

To be successful you will be a fully qualified finance professional (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with previous experience of managing sales and margin in a fast paced environment (ideally retail or similar). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential in order to influence stakeholders at all levels.
