Your New Company

Our charity client is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a hybrid working role, you can be mainly home based.

Your new role
You will be responsible for reviewing monthly actual project costs versus budgets and explain variances along with the production of annual budgets and forecasts. Provision of financial advice and support to managers and directors in the production of tenders, budgets and returns for new and existing services. Financial training regarding budget preparation and management to managers and project staff. Monitoring of sales ledger, invoice request preparation and query resolution; Reconciliation of accounts including contract control accounts, income accounts and other control accounts. Preparation of journals including funding income, rent, central cost recharges, housing etc Preparation of management accounts for the specified projects; Assist in the preparation of other financial analysis including cash flows and ad hoc analysis.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will be a part qualified ACCA or CIMA Accountant or qualified by experience with budget preparation and financial analysis. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be liaising with various stakeholders. You will also be able to manage high volumes of work with competing priorities and deadlines
