As a rapidly growing Company who are leaders within their sector, they have an exciting career opportunity for a Finance Business Partner.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support the Divisional & Regional Directors and their teams in reporting and developing performance. As a Finance Business Partner for the Group, you will be responsible for profitability reporting and analysis including budgeting & forecasting.
  • Prepare, review and develop weekly/ monthly branch accounting & reporting;
  • Challenge branch performance with Divisional and Regional Directors;
  • Attend regional meetings as voice of Finance;
  • Benchmark branch performance, including revenue, gross profit and operating costs including development of key performance indicators;
  • Provide insight & understanding of trading margin movements, including pricing, volume and mix impacts;
  • Provide analysis and understanding of stock profile including availability, slow moving and overstocks;
  • Preparation of the annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts including insightful commentary to support;
  • Business initiatives analysis reporting;
  • Ad hoc business analysis such as investment appraisals

  • Proven experience in the areas of financial reporting
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to confidently manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight reporting deadlines
