The team of Finance Analysts will be required to support the Head of Global Financial Analytics and Finance Partners to achieve in several areas including Global Profitability Analyses, Business Case preparation, Process and Performance Improvement, and Data Validation

Role And Responsibilities

  • Provide business decision support on gross margin, profitability, costs and working capital in response to requests across the business.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including business modeling, gross margin analysis, and probability assessment to support key decision-making processes.
  • Translate complex financial data into understandable information for non-financial stakeholders, enabling informed discussions and strategies.
  • Provide analytical support of contractual obligations and negotiations of existing and/or new contracts.
  • Provide decision support related to profitability and pricing to all parts of the business including but not limited to: Commercial, Business Development & Alliance Management, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, Scientific Affairs. These will relate to examples such as: business discontinuations, new product introduction, new market introductions, pricing changes, contractual negotiations, technical transfers.
  • Drive the delivery of Finance Analytical Tools as required to provide business insight and direct business focus.
  • Work with other functions to align and optimize the Business Analytics and Commercial Analytical tools.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience demonstrating expertise in financial analysis, data visualization and reporting expertise
  • Comprehensive analytical and data gathering skills
  • Financial modeling experience and understanding
  • Advanced level of Excel
  • Strong fluency with Financial Analytical Tools, such as Oracle, Tagetik, Tableau, power BI is desirable
  • Experience of working in a matrix and cross-functional environment
