I am urgently recruiting for a Finance Assistant for an initial 6 months’ FTC in Skelmersdale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of working in an Accounts / Finance Department to join a company going through a period of growth.

Hours: 9-5 - Flexible
Office based with potential WFH.

This role will assist in all areas of the department and contribute to the continued growth.

The Duties Of The Role Include
  • Purchase Ledger function ownership
  • Processing high volume invoices
  • Supporting the Sales Ledger team with manual invoices
  • Daily bank reconciliations across a number bank accounts, ensuring accurate postings
  • Maintaining accurate records of tenant deposit accounts and ensuring reconciliation

Skills And Experience

  • SAGE 200
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience in a finance/Accounts background
