About Our ClientMy wonderful client is looking for a Finance Assistant to come and join their team on a temporary to permanent contract. The organisation is based within the Not for Profit and Charities sector located in Thirsk.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities of the Finance Assistant will be; but not limited to;
  • Updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
  • Prepare balance sheets
  • Track and reconcile bank statements
  • Create cost analysis reports
  • Process tax payments
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
The Successful ApplicantThe successful Finance Assistant should have;
  • Experience in a similar role although not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good organisational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
