We’re searching for a Finance Assistant - Accounts Receivable Data Analyst to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators on a 6 month fixed term contract.

A role less ordinary.

You will play a critical role in a group wide ERP system implementation, working within the accounts receivable team. The role is to conduct reviews on open balances, reconcile and provide full error resolution, assist with cash book reconciliation back logs, and to investigate and resolve unallocated items ahead of migration to ERP through analysis and collaboration with the wider business. You will also assist in the review of customer master data to ensure data integrity. You will have a thorough understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and have the ability to work independently and as part of the team.

Who you are.

  • A bit of an ERP Systems guru with experience in packages such as SAGE, Oracle, SAP or Netsuite
  • Used to working in a high-volume accounts receivable, order to cash or revenue related finance role
  • Excited by getting to the nub of route cause analysis
  • Very strong reconciliation experience
  • Great at attention to detail and accuracy- working consistently to a high standard
  • Excellent with organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage own workload
