Lookers Tonbeidge Mercedes-Benz is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Finance and Compliance Administrator to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. You will work alongside our passionate Sales team to provide Lookers first-class customer service.

Joining our hard-working sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Not only will you be joining one of the top automotive retailers in the UK, but you will also be reporting to Michael Saunders (General Sales Manager) who will help impact your knowledge and experience, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry.


Responsibilities:
  • Daily banking
  • Finance proposals
  • Finance pay outs
  • Data input finance commissions to showroom and almanac
  • Help with used car purchase paperwork
  • Make sure paperwork is ready for handovers and liaise with the central admin team to ensure invoices are raised for pay-outs in a timely fashion.
  • Be able to amend showroom and/or Epos to help with the above
  • Check DDF’s are accurate and be able to add the relevant paperwork such as HPI print outs etc to assist the admin team
  • QA Check every file before delivery
  • Deliver off the deal in showroom
  • Settling existing finance agreements
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, self-motivated to crack on with the job and passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.

Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential as we are always on the lookout for new/fresh talent to join our team. You will hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vans on the market!
