Due to the implementation of a new system, a Finance Analyst is needed to join a fast-moving organisation that truly values its staff by offering a steady work-life balance offering 1 day per week working from home, study support, and a company pension.

This Andover-based company offers modern offices and free parking on-site for the successful Finance Analyst. You will be responsible for reporting on data, supporting the provision of financial analytics for operations, and ensuring inputting into business forecasting to drive value across the business.

This role would be suitable for someone recently qualified with experience in data collection and analysis as well as someone with a strong business partner mindset.

As The Finance Analyst You Will Be Responsible For
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets
  • Preparation of financial forecasts using modelling techniques
  • Producing visual dashboards
  • Analysing monthly and weekly trading performance and providing recommendations
  • Produce board report packs for Directors to assist their month end reporting
  • Identifying and reporting relevant KPIs during month end reporting
  • Sign-off bank reconciliations for all bank accounts
What You Will Need
  • Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA similar
  • Experience working in one of the following roles: Senior Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner / Finance Lead / Commercial Accountant / Finance Analyst
  • Commercial mindset
  • Advanced excel skills
