About Our Client

I am working with a business in the Loughborough area that are looking for a Finance admin to join their team.

This role is full time, permanent on site in Loughborough.

The finance Administrator is responsible for supporting the accounts team, sales team and customer experience team with invoices and credit notes.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00.

Job Description

  • Processing data and accurate record keeping using MS Excel
  • Liaising with suppliers and colleagues to ensure invoices are approved
  • Maintenance of company files and documents
  • General office admin - stationery orders, etc.
  • Answering emails, calls and dealing with invoice queries
  • Ensuring Credit notes are processed quickly and efficiently
  • Create weekly pay runs
  • Inputting Invoices and credits on Sage
  • Reconcile credit card transactions
  • Ensuring weekly invoices are created

The Successful Applicant

  • Knowledge of finance systems
  • Previous experience as a finance administrator
