Stafffinders have a new opportunity as a result of business growth for a part time Finance Administrator with their West Lothian based client. This is a new role within the business and you will report to the operations manager. Working hours are 22.5 hours per week ( part time) working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

The day-to-day

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support
  • Produce management information financial reports from sales data
  • Invoicing
  • Collating sales information and presenting on MS Excel
  • Answering email/ telephone queries
  • Reception/ customer service

What you’ll need

Working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise your own workload, you should have a ‘pro-active’ approach with excellent communication skills along with proficiency in MS Office, in particular, MS Excel.
