What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Team - Set up meetings for the team, including meeting minutes
  • Month-end - Populate and Distribute the Month-end timetable
  • Systems - Vendor (customer and supplier) set-up in the SAP finance system
  • Creating invoices on SAP
  • Reporting - Compile financial reporting e.g. time and attendance
  • Ad-hoc data requests
  • Assisting in forecasting/budgeting
  • Collaborate - Liaising with other departments

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Standard
  • End Point Assessment
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths if required

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • Potential to turn into permanent role depending on suitability of vacancies at the time

Working week

Monday - Friday / 8.30am - 4.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch

Total hours per week: 37.5 hours a week

Potential infrequent travel to other NRS sites. Driving to head office (Bardon) preferable to public transport.

The salary will be between £16,000 - £21,000 dependent on age and experience
