Are you looking to work within a fast-paced environment with a well-established company that delivers IT and telecom solutions to businesses? If so, our client has the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to join the business as a Field Service Engineer.
You will need a can-do attitude with an eagerness for self-development alongside previous experience within the IT Support Sector.

Some of what you will be doing:
  • Conduct on-site engineering and support services for clients, delivering, installing, and configuring IT, Connectivity, Telephony, and Mobile solutions.
  • Resolve support requests requiring hands-on engineering, ensuring client satisfaction and obtaining sign-off for completed work.
  • Perform various tasks such as workstation setup, server installation, WiFi optimization, cabling, fiber terminations, network management, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
  • Minimum 5 years of Field Service Engineering experience
  • Proven ability to perform main duties to a high standard
  • Certification to work at height
