Field Sales Executive - Ringwood BH24 - £21,000 basic - £40,000 OTE

Our Client is a well-established and rapidly growing business based in Ringwood. They are currently looking to recruit aField Sales Executive to join their growing Events team. You will be working within different venues throughout the South promoting the brand and generating sales leads.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Speaking to customers who have a conservatory and generate interest in the product, explaining the benefits and take their details for a follow up call
  • Introducing customers to the brand and promoting what we do while maintaining a high level of product knowledge

Skills & Attributes:

  • A passion for engaging with others, someone that enjoys talking to people of all ages and backgrounds
  • A desire to earn, as we offer a fantastic commission structure on top of the basic salary
  • A quick learner and someone who adapts easily
  • Working at shows throughout the year including NEC Birmingham
  • You will be manning a lead-generating stand - trying to interest potential customers in our insulated conservatory roofing panel and get their details for a no-obligation quotation. Although you will not be selling anything from the stand an outgoing personality is required.

Working hours are 5 days per week Mon-Sun

Must be flexible with hours

£21,000 basic salary, as well as a bonus scheme on top. We would expect most sales agents to earn £40,000+ with the ability to well exceed this.
