This exciting opportunity is to join the sales department in a rapidly growing company with the high speed world of telecoms. We are looking for individuals that have the ability to work well under pressure in an ever-changing, fast paced environment, with the ability to communicate with all departments within the organization. The key focus of this role is to increase our base of residential customers, handling new customer acquisitions and existing upgrades. The individual will work within a target-based environment and will be required to meet / exceed set targets. We are hiring for attitude and we will train for the skills.

REPORTING TO:

The Field Sales Manager

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Energetic and outgoing, with the ability to work on your own and within a team
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change well
  • Excellent communication skills(verbal and written) , computer literate and technically savvy.
  • Able to work full time with flexibility to work on a Saturday to support the business if need be)
  • Able to absorb industry knowledge and training material quickly
  • Must have driving license and use of own car

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - FIELD BASED SALES ADVISOR:

  • Key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Self-generate opportunities to present the company and products
  • Qualifying prospects and pipeline management
  • Generating revenue and acquiring customers
  • Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis
  • Be responsible and accountable for meeting targets and deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with other Sales and Marketing channels to establish clear working guidelines
  • Be an ambassador to establish JFL in the customers future
  • Keep abreast of developments within JFL and be able to communicate clearly and confidentially to customers
  • Ensure daily/monthly targets are met and the Lead Management Tool /CRM is updated efficiently and timeously, in order for the Field Sales Manager to compile daily/monthly statistics

Please note that this job would involve travelling across North Devon area.
