MTH Networks is a customer-first full fibre Internet Service Provider, powering homes into the next generation of internet with Full Fibre connections throughout the UK covering almost 500,000 properties. Rapidly growing, as part of its expansion a National Field Sales Team is developing, based out of the Head Office in Kettering - operating Nationally.

The ideal candidate is actively interested in Internet & Technology and is able to understand basic Full Fibre Broadband terms, has a detail for accuracy, a desire for customer satisfaction with a positive attitude and previous skills or experience in telecoms. You will be working within the Sales Department, generating and managing new leads and sales relationships within the Field Sales team.

The Job Role will include designing and implementing field sales plans in line with current Marketing and focus areas, traveling to areas that MTH Networks covers throughout the UK and building relationships with the communities as well at attending events on behalf of the company to develop and nurture leads.

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in the company’s growth journey. You’ll ethically promote and sell broadband products door to door and over the phone while building lasting relationships within the local communities through occasional events and venue work.

The candidate should have great organisational skill and enjoy talking to customers and suppliers each and every day, with a proven prior knowledge to Sales and/or Lead Generation within the residential broadband sector. The candidate should be available for UK National travel, and prepared to stay away multiple times per week/month for campaigns or travel efficiency. The successful candidates will be invited to an interview stage, where they will be expected to demonstrate their customer service levels and eagerness.

The successful candidate will be offered a full time or part time employment contract, and will be expected to work within the energetic team at the Head Office in Kettering.

Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 Basic PAYE - Depending on Experience, with Performance and Uncapped Sales Bonus available after successful completion of probation.
