Talk me through the role… The Client-Facing Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for all on-site service and support needs for their customers. You will mainly be covering 3rd Line Networking and Server support enquiries but will cover some 2nd Line enquiries. You will also carry out Project work from time to time including design work down the line. Some of the technology you will be working with include: Office 365 Exchange SQL Server SharePoint Citrix VMware & vSphere Microsoft Server WAN & LAN Connectivity Cisco, HP, and Dell Hardware Firewalls, VPN, and Network Security What’s in it for me?
