Job Description


The Field Care Supervisor is a new role for our growing team in the office, visiting/supporting Clients within their own homes and Care Professionals in the field, to provide the highest quality service to our clients. Some of the main duties are:

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, professionals and Care Professionals.
  • Deal with the day to day queries relating to Client and Care Professionals wellbeing
  • Contribute to the growth of the Business by representing Home Instead at new client enquiries
  • Support the Care Coordinator to ensure all visits are covered and Care Professionals and Clients are matched
  • Liaise with clients and their families to ensure we provide exceptional customer care through service reviews and quality checks
  • Deliver elements of training to Care Professionals
  • Ensuring all quality and safeguarding standards are met
  • Be part of our weekend and evening On-call working rota

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of computer proficiency.
  • Experience of working in a domiciliary setting and team leading experience is required
  • NVQ 3 or higher in Health and Social care is preferred
  • Fast learner who can work collaboratively in a team and can adapt to changing procedures and policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to be an organised, detailed oriented problem solver, manage client facing escalated situations in a professional manner and coach team to do the same.
  • Flexibility with respect to working hours based on client and company needs is a must
