The Field Care Supervisor is a new role for our growing team in the office, visiting/supporting Clients within their own homes and Care Professionals in the field, to provide the highest quality service to our clients. Some of the main duties are:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, professionals and Care Professionals.
- Deal with the day to day queries relating to Client and Care Professionals wellbeing
- Contribute to the growth of the Business by representing Home Instead at new client enquiries
- Support the Care Coordinator to ensure all visits are covered and Care Professionals and Clients are matched
- Liaise with clients and their families to ensure we provide exceptional customer care through service reviews and quality checks
- Deliver elements of training to Care Professionals
- Ensuring all quality and safeguarding standards are met
- Be part of our weekend and evening On-call working rota
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of computer proficiency.
- Experience of working in a domiciliary setting and team leading experience is required
- NVQ 3 or higher in Health and Social care is preferred
- Fast learner who can work collaboratively in a team and can adapt to changing procedures and policies.
- Demonstrated ability to be an organised, detailed oriented problem solver, manage client facing escalated situations in a professional manner and coach team to do the same.
- Flexibility with respect to working hours based on client and company needs is a must

Salary: £22,00.00-£25,000.00 per year
