Our forward-thinking Telecoms client are using technology to build fast networks in rural communities. Using innovative ideas, they are enabling remote areas to received ultrafast fibre direct to house and businesses.

Due to the continued growth and expansion, they are currently looking for a Fibre Supervisor for the Southwest region. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Supervising role with a good understanding of all Fibre project delivery related activities.

Role Requirements

  • Overseeing all subcontractors’ activities on the build.
  • Ability to spot network defects and rectify onsite.
  • Provide network solutions to problematic issues real time.
  • Ensure all onsite activities are managed to the highest standards.
  • Day to day management of the teams onsite to ensure HSEQ and production levels are always maintained.
  • Manage client/contractor expectations including site walk off/audits with the client.
  • Correct interpretation of utility drawing.
  • Jeopardy managing of works to ensure that the required by date delivery and volume delivery targets are met.

Candidate Requirements

· NRSWA Supervisor Accreditation

· Knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced with installs

· Experienced on Telecoms Fibre Builds

· SA001 & SA002

· Full UK Driving Licence
