What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain high-quality work standards through regular inspections.
  • Direct and supervise daily operations, ensuring consistent procedures.
  • Timely material requisitions to meet the project schedule.
  • Schedule and monitor plant and materials weekly.
  • Ensure work is completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate on cost control, waste management, and instructions.
  • Conduct safety inspections and adhere to safety policies.
  • Provide safety guidance and monitor team compliance.
  • Coordinate with third parties for smooth work implementation.
  • Adhere to safety and environmental policies.
  • Maintain site safety, perform daily risk assessments.
  • Report and investigate accidents and near misses.
  • Report SHE concerns to the SHEQ team.
  • Implement company SHEQ values.
  • Complete work to high standards.
  • Manage traffic and emergency procedures.
  • Ensure quality and environmental compliance.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relations.
  • Control and monitor site waste effectively.

About you

  • Previous Supervisory experience gained in similar industry
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyse data and recognise trends
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Client focussed
  • Good health and safety knowledge and practices
  • Proven project management skills
  • Sound commercial awareness and sensitivity
  • Good team and man management skills, being able to drive team and individuals to achieve deadlines in a challenging environment
  • Excellent Client management skills
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Drivers license

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
