Fibre Project Coordinator
Fibre Partner Limited is a fibre installation contractor. Our customers are telecom fibre Infrastructure providers, operators and telecom system integrators.

FPL management team consists of experienced telecom professionals with +40 years of accumulated experience in the telecom industry. FPL is aiming to increase the number of skilled engineers in the UK by hiring local engineers; getting them trained, accredited and qualified by professional training providers in the UK.

Our mission is to help fibre infrastructure builders to provide gigabit connectivity to more and more houses in the UK, so there are new and exciting opportunities to learn, develop and grow with us.

We are looking for:

Skilled project coordinator with excellent management skills with performance and can do attitude.

- Responsible for coordination with site team members

- Project completion tracking, reporting and maintaining Excel sheets and trackers

- Upload and review project documentation on systems

- Work load is fast therefore you would need to be on top of all issues

- You would need to be detailed oriented to capture and understand underlying issues

- Frequesnt visits to sites would be required to understand the issues. Driving experience and a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

- Experience in project coordination of telecom projects

- Positive mental, never giving up attitude, sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability to manage and coordinate the project

- Excellent communication skills (written and via telephone)

- Hard worker, result oriented, multi-tasker, and must have ability to handle high pressurized environment and should have ability to talk proactively with Customers.

- Excellent use of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel as most of the reporting and tracking of the project will be done in MS Office

- Responsibile to submit project invoicing to customer

- Responsible to coordinate with internal finance team regarding project team members expenses

- Responsible to book engineers trainings

- Company will provide necessary trainings to understand the nature of the projects

- You will be working with experience management team and this role may lead to fibre project management position

You must be adaptable to change, performance oriented, be enthusiastic and have willingness to travel to sites at multiple locations in the other regions.
