Criteria
  • Registered Nurse with an up to date NMC PIN
  • Understanding in Women’s Health including Fertility
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Knowledge of change management
  • Understanding clinical governance and audit issues
Skills Required
  • Ability to motivate self and others
  • Demonstrate passion for delivering high quality patient services
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strongly proactive and solution focused
