About you:

We are looking for motivated, resourceful individuals who are committed to support people with mental health needs. Experience of the mental health sector is desirable. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be non-judgemental, forward-thinking, and passionate about mental health.
  • Have a good understanding of mental illness gained through work, volunteering or personal experience.
  • Have good communication, organisational and IT skills
  • Be highly motivated and committed to improving our service users’ experience
  • Be available to work on a 24/7 rota including waking nights.
  • Have a NVQ Level 2 or 3 is essential
