Creative Support’s Stockton Home Care service is a person centred provider offering individualised support to people living in their own homes in Stockton, County Durham. We are passionate about delivering valued outcomes for people and believe that the people we support have the right to lives that are meaningful and that enable them to reach their full potential as individuals.

Stockton Home Care are currently looking for a caring and professional Female Support Worker to provide support for a lady who lives on her own with a package of care covering days and sleep over shifts.

In Order To Find The Right Person We Asked Our Client What She Is Looking For In Her Next Support Worker And This Is What She Said

I would like someone who is friendly, helpful and enjoys a laugh, is firm but not strict, caring, kind and smiley. I need someone to support me to my appointments, to see my boyfriend and support me with meal planning, cooking, cleaning and spending my money wisely!

I like to go to local café’s especially the cat café, on holidays and to the seaside and I like to go to the gym where I attend some of the exercise classes. At home I like to do puzzles, jigsaws and play board games.
