Overview:
Job Title: Female Part Time Outreach Support Worker - Must Be A Driver
Location:Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Salary:£10.70 per hour
Hours:Part time - 12 hours per week

Must be willing to have business insurance and use own vehicle for outreach service

For genuine occupational reasons we are looking to appoint female candidates only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9)


On a typical day you will be;

  • Participating in activities as they are always out and about enjoying different activities!
  • Completing daily care plans, taking into consideration his wants and needs.
  • Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met and protecting his rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect
  • Person we support requires structure and would enjoy a Support Worker who plans fun days out and varied activities.


The ideal person;

  • Experienced with non-verbal, autism and challenging behaviours.
  • An interest in mental health issues and supporting others.
  • Passionate about making a difference
  • A positive and caring nature
  • Patient and understanding
  • A good sense of humour during sometimes challenging situations
