Paisie, a fast-growing women’s fashion company based in London - Wood Green, is currently seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and PR Specialist. You will oversee the entire marketing landscape, working directly with the founders to manage and elevate our brand across various channels.

Responsibilities:

Fashion Digital Marketing:
· Collaborate with founders on social media strategy
· Create content for advertising and social media platforms, including copywriting
· Edit images and videos for various marketing materials
· Monitor and evaluate affiliate requests
· Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions

PR:
· Develop and nurture relationships with press, stylists, and influencers
· Coordinate sample loans & returns
· Manage media inquiries and interview requests
· Monitor press coverage and organise press clippings
· Update and maintain the press contacts database
· Monitor and respond to public reviews

E-commerce Planning & Merchandising:
· Collaborate with the founders to plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches on our e-commerce platform
· Write product descriptions and promotional materials

Admin:
· Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed, providing crucial support to ensure the smooth functioning of various marketing initiatives.

Skills Required:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, Digital Marketing, or a related business function
· Degree in Digital Marketing/Communications (desirable)
· Essential experience with social media networks; Good knowledge of digital marketing
· Strong knowledge of the fashion industry, media awareness, and a keen interest in social media trends
· Excellent writing skills with experience in crafting compelling fashion marketing copy
· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Excel, and other video editors
· Highly organised and efficient, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
· Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision and provide innovative solutions

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
