Farm Workers needed in Sittingbourne, Kent.

Our client is coming up to the start of their busy harvesting season, they are currently seeking hardworking and dedicated pickers to harvest and sort their crops. Farm Workers will be required on both the farm itself and in the packhouse. Starting on the 4th September 2023 for 3 weeks.

You must live locally in Sittingbourne and have the right to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is offered.

Seasonal Farm Worker shift patterns:

  • Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work.
  • Machine worker roles - 7am -6pm
  • Trailer Roles - 6:45am - 5:45pm

About this Seasonal Farm Worker job in Sittingbourne, Kent:

  • Loading bines onto the track
  • Removing debris from the track
  • Ensuring hops flow through the machine
  • Making sure the trailer is loaded at the end of the machine.

About you, the ideal Season Farm Worker:

  • Able to work in all weathers.
  • Comfortable with repetitive work, able to stay focused on task and maintain productivity.
