Lyncroft Farm has been farming for over 40 years. We are producer and growers of vegetables. We supply wholesale, retail and door to door delivery.

Job description

The job is for someone who like the great outdoors and don’t mind the unpredictable weather. Someone with a positive outlook in life. Who can work their own and also in a team. The job is for picking, packing, harvesting and planting. The job is physically demanding as what is expected in farming. Someone who love animals as it is a farm, at some point you will encounter animals either be domestic or wild.

A clean driving licence is required.

Good work ethic and reliable.

A Good Common Sense

Experience is a bonus, however it is not a must.

Skills and Experience on driving different farm machineries will be preferable, but not essential.

Be aware there is no public transport near by and that having a car to get to work will be necessary unless you live close by.
