The business is an award-winning organic farm that delivers it’s produce direct to the consumer across Yorkshire.

The farm requires more people to join the team as we enter the busy summer season planting, picking, and packing vegetables.

Responsibilities

  • Picking produce.
  • Quality control.
  • Packing produce.
  • Record keeping where necessary.
  • Weeding.
  • Planting.
  • General farm labour.

Skills required

  • Team player.
  • Hard working.
  • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks.
  • Versatility, there are many jobs on the farm and the successful candidate would be able to turn their hand to different tasks.
  • We work Saturdays, we can work our plan so the candidate has a day off midweek if desired but during our main veg season we work until 2/3pm on a Saturday.
  • The length of day can very depending on work load/ weather and what is coming off the farm.
