Bedford Cheese Company have recently opened a new Deli/Farmshop/Cafe in Whittlebury Park

We are looking for a Manager to Organise the day to day running of both the deli and the Cafe this includes staffing ( hiring and rota ) ordering with the Chef for both the Cafe and the Farmshop/deli

Marketing and promotion of the venue. Organising events, promotions and using all available resources ( marketing team, social media, videos and photography to encourage customers to dine and shop with us

You will be willing to treat this as your own and push the business to the next level using the staff team around you to meet Weekly and Monthly KPI’s

with assistance from the wider Bedford Cheese Company team and SMT

You will be a competent Manager with relevant experience in either a farm shop deli setting or coffee shop / restaurant and be ready to hit the ground running this is a hands on job and you will be required to serve customers daily.we have an already small established staff team but we are needing to expand on this with weekend staff and a meme we of staff for the Deli

You will be required to work weekends.

Hours will be 8-4 Monday 8-4 Thursday 8-4 saturday and 8.30-3.30 on Sunday with the possibility of working a Wednesday too

For the right person we are able to add additional hours

immediate start required

Extra hours available for Xmas cover

( we are closed over Christmas weekend and the consec Bank holidays )

Salary: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Towcester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality management: 1 year (preferred)
