Family Run farm shop and butchery, showcasing the best home reared Ruby Red Beef & Lamb from the Exe Valley.
Full time preferred but will consider part time.
Duties include
- Cutting and serving meat to customers in an enthusiastic and friendly manner with a keen awareness of hygiene.
- Keeping counter and display counters filled at all times
- Sausage & burger making
- Boning out of beef, pork, lamb and chickens
- Daily cleaning of the shop.
Desirable qualities
- Counter experience essential
- Good knowledge of meat products.
- Strong work ethic & high level of integrity
- Good people skills & work well as part of a team.
