Position Highlights:

Farm and Estate Security: Ensure the safety and security of the farm and its houses.

Supervision and Coordination: Collaborate with and oversee farm contractors and tenants, ensuring smooth operations.

Gamekeeping and Vermin Control: Contribute to developing an exciting wild bird shoot through responsible gamekeeping and vermin control.

Biodiversity Enhancement: Participate in tree planting and wildlife habitat creation to nurture the estate’s natural beauty.

Equipment and Machinery Maintenance: Keep farm equipment and machinery in top-notch condition for efficient operations.

Infrastructure Care: Maintain and enhance the farm’s infrastructure, preserving its character and functionality.

Chainsaw Expertise: Execute safe and skilled chainsaw work as needed.

Driving: Carry out various driving tasks as part of your role.

Qualifications and Skills:
