Newlyns was established 17 years ago and has become renowned for being one of the finest food emporiums around. We have a large team of chefs working in our Cookery School, Production kitchens and Restaurant.
This Sous Chef is joining a young and enthusiastic team producing great fresh food for our Farm Shop Restaurant using meat from our farm and working with the finest produce.
Newlyns has a wealth of experience that can guide you to build upon your skills and repertoire from head chefs to butchers and the potential to gain additional training from an external provider.
Typically, 7.30 to 5:30 during the week, 7:00 - 4:00 on a Saturday and 8:00- 3:30 on Sunday with no evenings, nights or split shifts.
