We are currently recruiting Farm Assistants for a local Poultry Farm

Must Drive due to the location of the Farm

Whilst providing assistance and support to farm management across a wide variety of farming activity, this Farm Assistant role is very much a ‘first step’ in a career in agriculture. The successful candidate will ‘live’ Welfare as a Condition in all that they do. They will contribute to the efficient running of the farm and have the opportunity to learn ‘hands on’.

Simultaneously, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and development via our bespoke Agriculture Academy. ‘Growing our own’ agriculture specialists and leaders of the future is something that is extremely important to our client.

What you’ll need

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• A keen interest in farming where animal welfare is of the upmost importance
• Desire to work ’hands on’ in a farming environment
• To be reliable and flexible
• A passion for learning

Hours of Work

• 40 hours per week
• Any 5 days of 7 with a 6th day been required from time to time
• Start time is 7am
