Would you like to work directly with children and their families in Norfolk and bring about long lasting social change?

Our fantastic family practitioners work alongside a broad range of partners to provide support to families that have the most complex needs, often during challenging and difficult times in their lives. Without this targeted support it could lead to acute and chronic cost to the child / young person and their family and require social care or other statutory intervention.

We currently have opportunities on our temporary bank to help provide short term cover – enabling you to accept work to fit around your needs! We have placements right across the county on a full and part time basis. It can even lead to permanent employment if this is what you’re looking for!

With significant experience of working with children and families with complex needs, you’ll have a sound knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding policies and procedures.

How does it work?

Once you have submitted an application, it will be assessed against the essential and desirable criteria stated in the job description and person specification. If you are successfully shortlisted, you will be asked to attend an interview.

During the interview we will discuss your availability and preferred location (you can select your preferred location on the application form). When a placement becomes available, we will contact you to discuss and if it’s a good fit, arrange for you to start!

Interviews will take place via video technology, where you will have the opportunity to discuss working arrangements.

Contract length: 2-4 months

Salary: £14.37-£15.33 per hour
