The appointed Family Solicitor will work on a busy and varied caseload of private family matters including divorce, separation and children matters. In addition, the Solicitor will advise on financial remedy proceedings. The successful Family Solicitor will join a successful team with an enviable reputation for their matrimonial work and have the opportunity to develop and build up an existing caseload.THE CANDIDATE:Our client is keen to hear from Family Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years of experience gained in another firm recognised for their family offerings. The appointed Family Solicitor should have proven experience handling a full and varied caseload of family law matters including divorces, financial matters, pre-nuptial agreements and childcare issues. The ideal Family Lawyer will ideally be a Panel Member or Resolution Accredited. The appointed Family Solicitor will need to be proactive, independent and self-motivated with plenty of commitment and initiative.
