We are currently recruiting for Operatives to join our dedicated and friendly Production Team. If you would like to start your Country Style journey, apply below.

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Under the guidance of the Supervisor, ensure each product specification which is stated on the care card is followed and any anomalies are reported immediately
  • Ensure that any production targets set by the chargehand are met; or if this is not possible, shortfalls are reported to the relevant person in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and tidy area (work, changing room, canteen etc.) meeting both safety and hygiene regulations of the site
  • Wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times within the production area
  • Carry out training appropriate to the area including regular refresher/update training as and when required
  • Report any equipment defects immediately to the Charge Hand/Supervisor
  • Behave in a safe and appropriate manner at all times
  • Assist during internal/external audits as required
  • Adhere to all Company rules and policies
  • Maintain high levels of work performance including attendance, timekeeping, food safety, etc.
  • Ensure that all team members pursue safe working practices and all accident and reporting procedures
  • Ensure you promote a culture of high hygiene standards and that all team members maintain it

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees and visitors to the site must abide by the 2 meter Social Distancing in place throughout the site.
Face Masks/Shields to be worn and are provided by the company.
