Working with a leading concrete manufacturer based in Pollington who is looking for a Factory Production Worker.You will join an established production business that will provide you with training to become a proactive member of their team.

Working Hours:
  • 4 on 4 off. ( 2 days 2 nights 4 off )
  • Temp to perm contract for the right-minded candidate.

Salary:
  • PAYE ONLY.
  • £12 per annum plus holiday pay.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Overtime is available after 48 hours at the time half.

Duties will include Factory Production Worker.
  • Work on the production line. (under the instruction of a permanent member of staff)
  • General cleaning duties across the site.
  • Heavy lifting - Manual Handling.
  • Awareness and implementation of Health and Safety.

Requirements Factory Production Worker.
  • Willingness to work with a flexible approach.
  • Must have a good work ethic - fast-track promotion available on a perm contract.
  • Must be able to think on your feet.
  • Must be on hand problem solving to keep production running.
  • Must be prepared to work shifts.
  • Must provide own safety shoes. (will provide Bump Caps HI VIZ and Safety glasses)
