Facilities Team Leader (FMCG)

My client, a successful and well-respected family owned manufacturing business in North Lincolnshire, are seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join their expanding team on a permanent contract.

You will have previous experience in Facilities Management, working within a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse/ logistics environment with ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Skills And Experience.

(Reporting to Facilities Supervisor)

Lead Facilities Cleaning Team

Ensuring all cleaning schedules adhered to and carried out to required standard

Ensure staff working to SWP & SOP’s

Staff attendance

Complete weekly orders to replenish department stock levels of ppe & consumables

On Offer Is a Competitive Salary, And Additional Benefits

Salary: £26,000 + Quarterly bonus + Shift allowance

Shift: Mon - Thurs

Hours: 43 hours per week - 16:45pm - 03:30am

Days Off: Fri - Sun

25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
