An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the council’s Facilities Management Services team as a Facilities Support Assistant. Working as part of a busy multi-tasking team, you will play a key role in providing a consistent and high quality service to our internal and external customers.

In addition to providing administrative support to an agile workforce, you will also support with the provision of ‘soft’ facilities services including reception cover, scanning of incoming and processing of outgoing mail. Maintaining centralised stationery and printing supplies, dealing with collections and deliveries and using office machinery to print, photocopy and laminate documents are also a part of this varied role.

If you have good general keyboard, numeracy and literacy skills, the ability to work as part of a team, good customer care skills and a positive and flexible approach to changing priorities and working procedures, we would like to hear from you.
