The Estates and Facilities department are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to join our passionate and driven team.

The role will provide key organisational support across all services includingcatering, domestic, linen, portering and accommodation. Duties will include collating, monitoring, and improving facilities services standards at MFT.

Essential to the post is excellent communication, planning and organisational skills together with a flexible approach to their work.

Provide admin support to the in-house accommodation services at Wythenshawe hospital. Ensuring bookings are received and actioned accordingly and information managed accurately and confidentially.

To conduct audits and inspections of facilities services in clinical area across WTWA, Community sites and MFT and report/escalate findings to appropriate team member.

To provide organisational support to the Soft Facilities Management team WTWA paying particular attention to monitoring, accommodation, and administration.

To liaise with an array of stakeholders across WTWA including ward staff / ward Managers, Estates and Facilities colleagues and Sodexo staff, to ensure the demands of the stakeholders and customers serviced by the Soft Facilities Management team are met.

To attend hospital site to investigate any reported facilities issues and liaise with relevant persons (Sodexo/Trust/other).

A key member of the Soft Facilities team who will be integral in ensuring the standards of the Facilities services are met as well as providing administrative support and data input.

To support with operational issues relating to linen, post, catering, uniform, domestic and portering services across WTWA.

To provide support to other Estates and Facilities department as required.
