The good news is that our continued success and business growth has opened an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Facilities- Manager to join our successful team at Corby.

How will you contribute?
  • Serve as leads in analysing the facility infrastructure for deficiencies and inefficiencies
  • Ensure any Company Quality Health & Safety objectives and statutory obligations are adhered to at all time
  • Ensure all planned preventative maintenance schedules are completed to high standards every time
  • Contribute towards the improvement of processes and methods of operating practices within the site
  • Communicate with Operations Team ensuring all planned preventative maintenance schedules are maintained and equipment serviced appropriately
  • Responsible for the surpassing of all Key Performance Indicators and delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring targets are met
  • Responsible for fault diagnosis and problem solving
  • Liaising with external providers regarding trouble shooting, mechanical faults and failures and equipment breakdowns
  • Produce weekly and monthly management reports for both areas
  • To ensure successful management of the site maintenance service contracts
  • To ensure facilities upkeep through regular planned, preventative maintenance (PPMs).
  • Managing contractor activity as required (induction, supervision and evaluation).
  • Management of large projects (including project inception and requirements)
  • Responsible for racking maintenance and repair schedule
  • You will be responsible for managing Facilities budgets
What will you bring?
  • Keen analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication
  • Facilities management experience in a similar sized centre (288,000 sqft)
  • Strong knowledge of building infrastructure, strong working knowledge of regulations and codes
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic business environment ensuring targets and deadlines
  • Fully flexible approach to work and able to adapt self to meet the needs of the business
  • Must be an effective communicator and able to develop good working relationships with all levels of colleagues across all teams
