We are currently looking for a Multi-site Facilities Manager to join our distinguished clients team covering sites in the Coventry, Daventry, and Kidderminster areas.

Duties include:

• Ensure client satisfaction at senior management level through continuous liaison and proactive response to foreseeable and unforeseeable events
• Manage all operational aspects, including 24/7 manned security, part-time cleaning operatives, and visiting subcontractors
• Oversee contract compliance, maintaining a methodical and disciplined approach to operations
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and legislative requirements, maintaining ISO 14001 and 18001 standards
• Develop strong relationships with company senior managers, directors, and client management
• Manage budgets at the operational level, monitor principal cost items, and provide KPI reports
• Foster a positive employee culture, continuously improve team performance, and maintain work pride within the workforce
• Handle local personnel issues fairly and consistently, adhering to company disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Identify and promote business expansion opportunities, establishing our company as a natural first choice for clients

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing facility services such as industrial cleaning, security and hard services.
• Hands-on approach with strong time management and multitasking skills
• Positive and flexible attitude, able to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Familiarity with Health & Safety procedures, ISO standards, and legislative compliance

Offer:

• Salary: £45,000 per annum
• Average working week: 45 hours with occasional weekend requirements
