OVERVIEW

As Facilities Manager you will have the full responsibility for all maintenance related matters within a Care Home. Working as part of the Homes senior management team, you will have the responsibility and autonomy for the full delivery of all aspects of the maintenance of the Home including leading your facilities team member(s), input into establishing the annual budget and recommending budget spend.

We are looking for someone with reasonable experience of estates management in a 24/7 service provider establishment and management of external contractors. You must also be highly organised with the ability to plan and possess an aptitude for problem solving.
