Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Comton Group are pleased to be recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to work out of one of the biggest manufacturing companies within the West Midlands!

Hours: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am

Salary: £36,000

The ideal candidate for this role will ideally have:

  • Experience within a similar role
  • Forklift training
  • City & Guilds Electrical Technician qualification
  • ABB / Fanuc Robotics Systems experience is preferred

The day to day roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Provide breakdown support across all production and facilities as and when required
  • Carrying out fault finding activities
  • Repairing equipment in areas such as heating / general power, lighting and gas, air and water supplies
  • Making improvements to facilities and production equipment
  • Documenting all repairs and recording any downtime
